Gaelic events during Oban Winter Festival

Furan, (the Oban Gaelic Centre) is hosting a series of events, for Gaelic and non-Gaelic speakers, as part of the Oban Winter Festival 2013.

Here’s what’s happening:

Monday 25th November

A Taste of Scottish Gaelic Workshop: an introduction to useful Gaelic words and phrases

Location: Furan, Corran Halls

Time: 7pm – 8.30pm

Cost: £2

Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th November

Gaelic singing workshops with Mary Catherine MacNeil

Location: Furan, Corran Halls

Time: 7pm – 8.30pm

Cost: £2

Thursday 28th November

Gaelic Pub Quiz

Location: Studio Theatre Bar, Corran Halls

Time: 7.30pm

Cost: £2

**There will be a Gaelic speaker in each team**

All the above events are suitable for Gaelic and non-Gaelic speakers.
